We want to give our customers peace of mind from the moment they contact us, ensuring they receive a professional and safe service with their needs and requirements at the heart of everything we do.

We have put measures in place to ensure all our customers are treated with the utmost care:

1. Virtual/Online surveys

2. All our installers and surveying team have fully up to date DBS checks completed

3. During the Coronavirus pandemic we have strict procedures and processes in place for home surveys and installations, which adhere with government guidelines and social distancing regulations.

4. We have a strict elderly and vulnerable persons policy which aligns to UK regulations around pressure selling and taking orders without prior consent from family members or authorised carers.

5. All our staff are willing to take random drug tests at any given time.
